Generations X and Features
Their population is less than the Baby Boom that preceded them and Generation Y that came after them. In addition, they are called "middle belt" because they are between two very different and constantly conflicting generations. You know that hydrangeas are always excluded, ignored. However, Generation X is a beautiful generation, made up of emotional and understanding people.
Features:
It is a skeptical, competitive generation, with a partial respect for authority.
They have high job loyalty and a working understanding to live.
They have witnessed and adapted to great changes in technology, art, and politics.
It is a generation open to diversity. They get on better with people of different races and religions than previous generations.
There is less understanding of children for better living conditions.
It is the generation that owes the most to banks.
It is the first generation in which women are more educated than men.
Rather than growing up with family members, they grew up with friends. Therefore, their devotion to their families is less than the previous generations.
